By downloading, accessing, or using Poke, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Poke.

By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Poke is a social communication platform that enables users to send short notifications and interactions to friends.

Features may change, be modified, or be discontinued at any time.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining access to your device and account
• Providing accurate information
• Activities occurring under your account

You agree not to:

• Impersonate another person
• Create accounts using false information
• Circumvent security measures

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the App
• Reverse engineer or exploit the App
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Spam other users

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The App, including its design, software, trademarks, logos, and content, is owned by Daniel Eitam or licensed to us.

No ownership rights are transferred to users.

You retain ownership of content you create or submit through the App.

By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process and display such content as necessary to operate the App.

Poke may rely on third-party services, including Apple services and infrastructure providers.

We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daniel Eitam shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Lost profits
• Data loss
• Business interruption

arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Daniel Eitam from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if we believe a user has violated these Terms or poses a risk to the service.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may modify these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
